Experimental avant-garde hip hop never been wackier. Everything in Exeter bleeds with comedic over-tones while sounding like it tries to be serious. From auto-tuned vocals to weird synths and out of place samples. While certainly sounding like something other and in a way fresh, it does feel something could've been done better. Vocal lines sound stupid and whiny, mixing feels out of place. Basic lyrics add-up to EP just not cutting it.
